I submitted a complaint about cell c debiting my account after my cellphone contract expired. This was on the 21 march 2013. Nelly contacted me and cancelled the account. I was surprised to see cell c debiting my account of R145 on saturday. She assured me that te contract is cancelled and there will be no debit orders from them anymore. I was also surprised to see my free minutes wich were debited for the previous months were forfeited when the contract was cancelled. I want my refund including my bank charges for the debit order and the free minutes I paid for back.
