Promised complaint resolution not implemented

I registered a complaint on HelloPeter on 22 March, stating that I feel that I have been unfairly billed for data due to an error in Vodacom's system. The complaint can be seen here: https:///vodacom/complaints/unfair-billing-1044532

After a lot of emails and phone calls, I was informed by Rochell Carolus on 26 May that they will credit me with the disputed amount.
I followed up with her the next day (27 March), since the credit note was not loaded yet, and her response was:
"We can confirm that the credit was approved on 26th however we are experiencing a delay with the posting to the Vodacom account".
I sent her 2 more emails, on 28 March and 2 April, inquiring about the fact that the credit note has not been loaded yet, but I received no reply on my email.
Due to the fact that they haven't loaded the credit note when they should have, they have now drawn around R788 more than they should have from my cheque account via debit order.

Please ensure that you process the credit note IMMEDIATELY, and pay the money into my bank account.
