I was with Vodacom for years and when my contract expired I decided to try Cell C, so I ported my number and decided to do a trial run with Cell C before getting my new contract.

Cell C, you may have great advertising and the lowest call rate but what is the point if your customers have no reception on their phones???

For the last 3 days I have had no signal on my phone. I have a Blackberry, but what use is to to me if I don't have EDGE or 3G, if I can't make a call or bbm? POINTLESS!!!

I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened but it's a constant problem. Needless to say, I will be taking out a new contract but it will most certainly not be with YOU!!!

I went into your Greenstone store and asked why there was no signal, I was told that there was a problem with one of your towers. I enquired as to when they thought the problem would be resolved and I was told, "Soon", but then the guy turned to the side and laughed, like this was all a big joke - Great customer service Cell C - NOT!!!
