My blackberry 9300 touch pad is not working correctly anymore. I went into Cell c to book it in for repairs. They told me the phone is out of warranty and that the phone only has a 1 year warranty. How come i have a 2 year contract but a 1 year warranty? I told the manager that when they sold me the phone they said i have a 1 year blackberry warranty and that the second year is covered by cell c. The person that sold it to me is not working there anymore so now they cannot help me.
