I applied for a contract on Cellc Direct on the 28th of Feb 2013. Service was ok and everything approved after about 35 mins. It is now more that a month later and I have not heard anything from Cellc Direct. I have tried to phone them several times (084 145 option 2) and after holding for 10 to 15 mins there is simply no answer.
I have now been on prepaid for a month and have struggled along with high call and data costs.
Cellc seems to be making big promises when they want you to get a contract with them but then they do not deliver.
