I have a blackberry cell phone. Every month I pay R125.00 towards my daughters contract and every month my phone is blocked by cell C. Everytime I call I am told that the account has not been paid, even though I go into Nedbank and pay them directly. Everytime this happens, I then have to refax my proof of payment to them. At times, they tell me I must pay more money??? and then they will turn it on, yet they have recieved the payment. I was informed by the supervisor to pay a fee of R300 on my account which I did at the bank again. However once again the phone was swithched off. I contacted the cell c again after this.
Seriously can anybody explain to me whats happening. Are the people who are allocating the payments total as this is ridiculous. I no longer want this contract and will never recommend Cell C to anyone. I wish I could just end this contract immediately. Customer service does not help and when I wanted a higher level of supervisor to speak with, I was told to email.??? are they that afraid that the big boss's will know how incompetant they are in allocating payments and actually explaining to me why this is a constant problem with my account
