Rather NON SERVICE
I have been "first in line" and will be attended to by the "next available representative" for the past 1 hour 24 minutes & 10 seconds before I decided that I've had enough of the stupid music and annoying woman telling me that I am "first in line and will be attended to by the next available representative! " help the one that was actually "second or third in line" - but I doubt that to be the case because everybody is probably told that their call is next in line to be answered.
Customer service? What service? As usual in this country, pathetic non-service from yet another company only too happy to take your money but absolutely lacking in customer etiquette! Oh how I wish to be back in Europe where customer "service" actually meant just that - "a service".
Oh and of course I still don't have an internet service being provided by an ISP for which I am paying a monthly fee, since they are not answering their call centre calls and my problem has not been sorted!
Pathetic - can't wait until tomorrow when I can cancel yet another contract (together with ABSA, FNB, Telkom) the list gets longer by the day!
