Vodacom - Service nightmare

I have been with Vodacom for ages having spent a crazy amount of money on contracts since joining their network. I wanted to get my upgrade and prior to requesting the upgrade asked Antonio (sales person at Cresta branch) if there were any premium handsets in stock that I wanted he said yes. We proceeded to do the upgrade that took about 25 min. He then subsequently upgraded my data package to 2 gig as I would be running multiple email accounts on the device. He also did a nano sim swop in store. He then went to the back of the store to get the device only to return telling me they had no stock! I asked him how long it would take to get a phone and his answer was that Vodacom were out of stock and he didnt know! I then asked him if any of the Sandton City branches had the phone I wanted, he said he phoned them and confirmed they they did. I then drove to Sandton City only to find that they didnt.! I then realised that I had an existing phone that now could not accept a nano sim and I was already being billed a data contract that I could not use! Needless to say I cancelled the upgrade, cancelled the data contract and cancelled any further dealing with Vodacom
