If anyone at MTN really bothers to check this page, I'd like to state in the public domain that you guys are ripping me off BLIND!!! I have a single solitary Blackberry phone on a MTN200 package.
Yet I am billed for not only this package but an MTN 100 topup package as well. This includes 2 Blackberry internet service charges, 2 Call line identity fees and 2 Promo service fees... remember guys I only have ONE phone not TWO!!
To add insult to injury why am I charged even one promo service fee?? I don't WANT or NEED any promo's and at NO stage did I give permission for these to be loaded onto my account. What is a promo service fee anyway??? Care to clarify??
You're service is frankly disgusting and you ripoff tactics even more so! How many other poor unsuspecting South African's are you ripping off in this fashion!!
