I was trying to get through to someone at the cancellation department from 9am this morning, on the 4th call (13:55) my call was finally answered. I wanted to find out if my 1 contract was cancelled, a lady phoned me from vodacom and asked if I wanted to renew my contract with Vodacom, I said no, please cancel it. Something just told me that it was probably not done, so I called the cancellation department and what a joke that turned out to be... Ivy the lady I spoke to was by far the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Bottom line is I will be cancelling my contracts with Vodacom, Ivy even hung up the phone while I was still talking. Good luck Vodacom, you lost my support!
