We have over the past year or so suffered poor and at times non existant signal in the port shepstone area, today being the most recent. i have several times phoned customer service, and written on the vodacom facebook page. the last time i phoned customer service i was told they couldnt do anything unless i supplied 5 numbers in the immediate area with the same problem. when i asked how i was supposed to know who of my neighbours had vodacom i was not so politely told to knock on doors! and facebook is useless. i get the same exact copy and paste answer everytime. namely restart my phone and email my complaint to someone else. while i did get a response the last time i did this, i get no answers and the problem persists. i am tired of been treated first like am, second like the neibourhood moaner and last ignored. i have been a customer for years as have my family and it would be nice to be taken seriously for a change
