I would like to know if Carte Blanche Consumer will be airing again anytime soon?
I would like to complain about AutoPage Cellular who has been taking money every month for a cancelled/ended contract, even after phoning in every month they still deduct the old contracts amount.
This phone was and cancelled in August 2011, after that there was no funny things, then 3 months later the phone is active again and I get billed for a phone that someone else is using. I phoned in again to block it, during the time this contract has been cancelled/ended but it is still being deducted every month...
I have phoned in, went in to branches, but no answer to where is my money or why is this contract still active...
I would really like to get my money back plus the interest that a bank would charge if this was a personal loan.
All they always tell me is we will phone you in 24hours, don't know how long their hours are but mine is 60min not 600days...
Please let me know who I can talk to, or what can I do as after years of fighting over a phone I can't seem to get an answer...
