I wrote a complaint regarding a Cell C control Chat which was mis-informed to myself and my wife as it had to be migrated to a standerd contract as they dont offer control chat anymore. Please read article https:///cell-c/complaints/cell-c-control-chat-migrated-1041862
I received a phone call from their billing department and it was promised that I would then be offered only to pay that contract until when the migration was done (17 days prorata). I am utterly disgusted regarding the promises not being carried out from their side, and have been debited the FULL AMOUNT!!!
At this stage I would never recommend anyone I know to apply or even consider Cell C as a network provider because of empty and hollow words. These guys dont care about us consumers, and if this is not rectified, then I will continue writing my reports regarding their poor, no wait, DISGUSTING service.
I want to know why I was debited the full amount for the control chat control, which I was also not informed at an earlier stage (even via SMS) which is discontinued. After being called back, I was given the reference number 3031701122. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Extremely IRATE
