8ta Woodland gives bad serive all year round

In May 2012 we took out 2 contracts. The 1st month we had problems with the billing-it was incorrect regarding the options we have chosen. I had to phone many times to sort it out, but usually they don't answer (I've been in the shop while the phone just rings - you have to drive there). 2 weeks ago I took a phone in since it restarts while you're talking. I phoned to confirm what to bring, but they didn't answer, so I drove there. I was then informed to come back with my proof of purchase. I refused since I know they have it on the system. The lady who helped me became unfriendly when I insist they get it from their system. Another lady said she'll search for it. The next day she informed me I can bring the phone since she has the proof of purchase. I booked it in under warranty but received a sms yesterday stating its out of warranty so I had to phone again today. The phone started ringing at 9:18 and was answered at 9:34! The manager, Benneth told me to calm down and I lost it. He hung up in my ear! I had to phone again and was told she never send the proof of purchase through. I now have to email my proof of purchase to Woodlands branch since she is off. I'm back to starters!
