My phone got 2 years ago I went to an 8ta store at the kolonnade retail park and reported the matter...
The gentleman said that he couldnt help me and I need to phone the customer care line.
I asked for a detailed statement on what I owe on the account they were gonna send it to me and i never received any statements or phone calls and then they HAND ME OVER to Norton attorneys that are so rude!!! So now I owe twice as much because of legal fee's I just feel that I never received aq phone call or a statement saying how much I owe after I phoned a amillion times asking for it... HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO MAKE PAYMENTS IF I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH I WAS OWING!!! 8ta should really look after their customers better and send statements before handing them over without any warning... Hello Peter is my last resort because not even Norton attorneys can assist me in this matter!!!
