I laid a complaint on the 2nd of March 2013, regarding my top up contract where the bill was coming to R600 and above. I received a call from Funiwe who said she had sent all my proof of payment to the billing department however today I received a letter of demand from cellc saying that I have to make payment of R538.65. I cant understand how this is possible because I still haven't received any response from funiwe as yet. This is just ridiculous. Cellc just robs their customers. I regret joining this network. Now I have an upgrade coming up and because of their incompetence I will not able to do my upgrade. Cell c is the worst network I have ever dealt with. Up to date I am still waiting for Funiwe to give me feedback
