I have raised complaint after complaint, this is the second Hellopeter in three weeks, as CellC has not bothered to resolve the complaint regarding the cellular coverage problem I have in Douglasdale. Since I have raised more than four complaints concerning this matter I am now taking the matter legal with CellC as it is pure breach of contract not to respond or provide the promised coverage. I have filled in escallations forms etc. with no resolve, not even a call back from CellC
I CHALLENGE CELLC TO,
1. RESPOND TO MY CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
2. TO PROVIDE THE CELLULAR COVERAGE THAT I AM PAYING FOR
I find CellC to be the worst provider in South Africa - pathetic!
