Just do my sim swop NOW!

I called in sunday already to have my sim swop done as i bought an i phone 5. Yet still no sim swop has been done, now i cant even call, sms or bbm off my old sim. I use my phone for business and now im losing money. Get my sim swop done or I will persue this matter in court!
