I reported my 3G issues with Cell C last year some time and nothing happened. I spoke to them again in Feb 2013 and I was given the following reference number 3030103464, nothing happened I called Cell C on the 1st of March again and nobody could track my query even with the reference number. on the 12 March 2013 I called Cell C again following up on the query and was given reference number 1760946 and was told that I technician will call me to check what the problem could be.
To this day I have not received any call from them and when I do call, they always promise to get the Technician to fix the problem.
What i don't understand is how can Cell C expect me to pay for the 3G service that is not working. They are not even prepared to give me an explanation to the issue that I have.
