I submitted a query or request 15 March 2013, to date my query has not been resolved and the only response I get from the contact centre is that they don't know why it has not been resolved and SHE was supposed to deal with the query but she didn't. I don't know if Vodacom is a she but I keep hearing she/ numerous emails have been sent to she by other consultants but no feedback.
so I am not sure on how to act as it takes a while for me to be rude, I don't think you need to be rude to get things done.
