CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE

THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS COMPANY... I HAVE MADE MORE THAN 15 CALLS TO CELLC IN THE PAST MONTH REGARDING NO SERVICE DELIVERY REGARDING DROPPED CALLS AND NO SIGNAL IN THE LONEHILL AREA, WE HAVE BEEN SHUNTED FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH ALL SORTS OF STORIES AND EVEN BOUGHT A NEW DEVICE BECAUSE THEIR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ASSURED US THAT THE DEVICE WAS FAULTY ..TODAY, BLANCHE FROM CELLC CUSTOMER CARE CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN THAT THE HIGH SITE IN LONEHILL IS AT THE FIRESTATION AND THAT DUE TO THE HIGH CALL VOLUME THEY CANNOT HELP THAT THE CALLS ARE DROPPED ETC, SHE EXPLAINED THAT IT WILL ONLY BE REPAIRED SOMETIME IN APRIL.

THERE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM AND WE JUST KEEP PAYING CONTRACTS AND MAKING MORE CALLS BECOS OF DROPPED CALLS, CELLC IS SMILING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK, THE CONTRACT IN QUESTION WAS STARTED MORE THAN 5 YEARS AGO, THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR NEARLY A YEAR, IT HAS TAKEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET THEM TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT /1744176 AND 3031101599...
THERE IS STILL NO RESOLUTION AND PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT WHICH HAS BEEN SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET FOR A LONG TIME,
