I cancelled my Telkom Broadband Service in May 2012, as Telkom was unable to move the line from Richards Bay to my flat in Johannesburg. This morning I received a sms from Telkom indicating that I owe Telkom R613.21 for the service which I had requested be cancelled almost a year ago!
I have consequently spent a collective 4 hours on the my phone calling the call center looking for assistance. I am yet to receive any!
