My contract has expired and i have been trying to port to cell c
Calling Nashua - select Cancellations... i get "Welcome to Upgrades"?!
Tried umpteen times to cancel this and port - Your company rejected the port saying that CellC submitted the incorrect ID number :
The contract was in my company name Renteq 2007/030904/07 (Account Name: RENT07)
My Nashua number is 0824523317
Please allow and authorise the port to Cell C
I also want to make sure there are no more charges on my Nashua account as of 14th march cancellation date - if so i want you to reverse any charges and credit my bank account when the port takes place - as i did request this port and cancellation and due to none of my actions it was not allowed by you.
