Experiencing bandwidth issues. Phoned the call center and spoke to Cliff who said the International link (EASSY) was down and that iBurst had no redundant links. Queried why the local sites were loading so slow and he had no answer. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they would call me back - still waiting for that call. Connecting with alternative service provider with no issues.
