Wrong advice to get sales

In September 2012 I went to Vodashop to cancel my contract, but after talking to Francouis and asking him questions and him giving me advice I decided to upgrade and to open two new contracts. Only after two weeks I notice something was wrong with my contracts and Vodacom insisted I must pay my account before they unblock it again. I went back to the shop and told Derek what happen he advise me that the advice that Francouis gave me was wrong and that he can't do nothing if Francouis gave me the wrong advise. I laid a complain at the Vodacom customer service who told me after a lot of emails that they believe their consultant gave me the right advice without them even have a recorder or camera. I asked them for the ombuds man number, but they provide me with the client liason officer. Her name was Kirsten she was very nice and said that they decided to give me the money back for the debit order fee, but they can't cancel the contracts. I am very upset that if this life with all the acts that consultant can still to you and get away with if. I want my contracts stop, because I signed a contract due to wrong advice. Vodacom what about the Faisact and the Consumerprotection
