I went to the store to purchase an iPhone cover and was "assisted" by Courtney Dubb. She was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. When I asked her for the price of several items, she did not know and kept giving me the wrong prices. She acted in a highly incoherent manner and was very dazed. She then attempted to use the system to search for the price and was unable to do so. I told her directly that I was unhappy with the service and how the store operates in comparison to others. I eventually chose a cover that I was going to purchase and she proceeded with the sale. Once it had been completed, she literally threw the printed receipt and packet at me. There had been another customer waiting to be served in the store who was talking to my girlfriend whilst waiting. Courtney ignored her and started "helping" another customer who was behind the initial one. The primary (first) customer then said that she had been in the line first and Courtney responded in an aggressive and confrontational manner saying that the customer had been talking to someone else. Terrible service from a very aggressive, unhelpful and rude young lady. Very dissatisfied!!!
