I got a contract with 8ta, i received the Tab and the consultant gave me a micro sim card and it needed to be a normal sim card. So the sim got stuck. After having the device for less than a day I returned it to the store and they send it to the repair center to take out the sim. The repair centre informed the store that the sim card reader got damaged when the small sim got inserted. The 8ta store refused to pay to repair the sim reader so they instructed the repair centre to just take out the sim and return the device to the store. After I waited a month and a week the device finaly arrived at the store BUT the repair centre send the tab back OPEN, so the insides were exposted to who knows what while they couriered it from joburg to cape town. I refuse to except that device because i only used mine for a few hours and this is what i get back. I am paying them for a new and untouched device and that is what I want. If i dont get a new device this will be in a few papers and after waiting for a month and a week Im not joking around.
