It would appear that either your call Centre is on strike, or you have so many unhappy customers (like me & my family) they are unable to attend to all the calls. After holding for 30min & still being able to even say hello to 1 person. I hung up. Why don't you even have a call back service like Vodacom. MTN, your service is non-existent (to put it few nice words) & to make things worse, your systems & processes needs some serious work. I am so glad I changed over. No before I can change the rest of my family over like I'm planning to, I need some form of reaction from you to resolve a simple issue.
