For the last 2 - 3 months I'm being charged for all social media messages uploads and downloads (facebook, whattsapp) I called teh call centre and spoke to Elantia nomalizo Silenga that told me the use of whattsapp and the Bb apps world is will billed as it is not covered by the BIS fee i pay on a monthly basis.

my question now is why was i not told that i will be charged for social media messages?
according to the BIS policy all social media is suppose to be inclusive in the BIS fee.
I want proof that i was informed that i will be billed for social media interactions
i demand a refund for all incorrect charges.
