Most Horrible Customer service EVER

Firstly i had issues when upgrading my one contract, the debt order bounced because of transfer from one bank to another that took long. I then paid the account Via EFT, the money then relected in the bank account that Cell C debits, Guess what, they debit my account again for that month. I go in for my upgrade they give me hassles, they refused saying that i did not pay, when i had already did and they still debited after that. The lady at the lakeside Mall branch then called them and sorted it out because i was quite upset by now. After all this the upgrade was done, and then we were having endless problems with BIS and they barred both my Contracts without informing us saying that the debit order did not go through and it did, so i change my debit order date and guess what they debited before that date anyhow? I called multiple times to complain about the BIS not working properly, still not sorted up to date! Then i get double debited for my one contract and they tell me that my other contract bounced and cut my line. I have emails as proof. After 4mnths i am cancelling now they want settlement, it is their fault not mine. I will NOT PAY a cent, they are in breach of the CPA.
