Poor coverage, international calls and data usage

It has been about three weeks since posting the original complaint 01 March 2013 and a bit of back and forth emailing between Kishan and I, still no satisfactory response or action.

I still have terrible coverage, cant receive calls from New Zealand (might be missing calls from other countries if people havent notified me yet?) and still have no idea why the data usage and costs were so high for the little bit of time I spent roaming in the UK 11 July 2012.

The promises / advertising by Cell C definitely does not match the reception and service received, and I am becoming more and more frustrated every single day.

I would like to be released from this contract, without penalties, which ends end November / December 2013 since I need to port my number back to Vodacom where I had much better coverage since becoming a customer in 1999. The decision to port to Cell C is one have regretted since the very first day.
