Every time i puirchase airtime on my cell C number 084 396 3512, it get deducted by the people whose contact number is 084 194 2222 i dont even know this company. I to call the number and it is a call centre number which i kept on holding for a longer period. Am very upset a this people keep on ripping me off and i believe my rigths has been violeted as this people are from me. Cell C is unable to assist me in this regard they reffred me to the number which is not assisting me and Am of opnion that since am a customer of Cell C, they must assist to solve this problem because even the people who are deducting my airtime they are using cell C number. I would like to request assistance in this regard
