From Sept 2011 my contract with Virgin Mobile started, that same phone has been sent in 4 times for repairs. Each time the phone goes it takes 3-4 weeks to get it back. Each time with the same lame excuse of what was wrong. So on about 20 Feb 13 it went in once again (2nd time this year). I insisted to now get a new phone because obviously this one has a serious manufacturing problem. Nobody ever went through the trouble to phone me back and get my side of the story. I phoned on 27/02/13 and was told someone will phone me back. On 1 March 2013 i phoned again and was told once again someone will phone me back. On 12/3/13 I spoke to a Head Office supervisor who was very nice at first. She found the phone (which was repaired once again) because they refuse to give me a new phone. She tested it and on 15/3 she said she will send it to the store. On 20/03 I phone again to find out where my phone is. I was told it is at the store. So I went to the store and of course it was not. I phoned again today and was told it will be delivered today. I hate Virgin Mobile with a passion. I cannot wait for Sept so I can get rid of them. No service, but my money is taken every month.
