No Service as asspected from autopage

Brian said that he will call me before end of day (14-01-2013) it is now 19h30 and no call back.
He also told me at 14h20 that my account is unsuspended, but as one can expect from autopage, it is still suspended.
What must one do to receive service from autopage?
I am G@TVOL of the service I receive from autopage!
I they stopped my account and blacklisted my phone they would have saved R7000 as the data and calls would not have happened on my lost/ phone.
I want my new S3 tomorrow as I send them all the insurance forms on the 13-01-2013 and asked to blacklist my phone on the 12-01-2013. Not my fault if they logged the black list on the 13-01-2013.

Ps you can send me a whit S3 but I will prefer the blue one.
