We got a blackberry contract from Cell C through Jabba Connect.
The BBM only works when one is in a Wi-Fi hotspot (figured this out ourselves). Every time when they send us to Vodacare to fix the problem, all they do is a software upgrade. There is a lot of dust behind the screen since the last update.
The Blackberry application world as well as e-mail is non existing on the phone
When one dial from this handset the other party cant hear and have to phone back.
We are paying R299-00 per month for this contract and very bad service.
Everytime when someone phones us in regard with this matter - they do the same stuff over and over.

Cell C phoned us - says the problem is not with them - we must phone Jabba Connect!!!
