Today, 21 Mar 2013, I can not retrieve voice mail, I tried 3 times to phone 173 call centre. The back ground noise is so bad that you can not hear the consultant at all. Why have a call centre if the noise is so bad. I then tried the MTN web site, but each time you pick a subject you feel will work you are presented with a totally new form where you have to complete the same info all over again - after the 4th one I gave up and came to Hello Peter
