Cellc direct worst after sale service

I had gone online to purchase a phone from cellc direct, after receiving my phone on tuesday the 12-03-2013, i put the phone on and activated the sim on wednesday 13-03-2013 morning, the phone firstly was unable to pick up the netwoirk, then it switches off on its own and little while later it does this again and this time it refuses to come on for about one and a half hours, it comes on eventually and the battery is half full hence this is not a low battery issue. I then phone cellc direct on thursday 14-03-2013, were you wait minium 20mins for someone to assist you. I tell them the problem and they arrange a pick up and then tell me i have to wait 21 days for a new phone, today is 20-03-2013 i have phoned through twice and they have still not come through to collect the phone and each consultant tells me that they are marking it for urgent, The services is worst i have ever scene, i am very disapointed in this pathetic custormer service and do not want to wait a month for a new phone i rather go to vodacom or mtn after 15 years with cellc
