I am on a contract wth Cellc, when I took out the contract C-cover was included in the subscrption. I was promised that if ever my phone gets Cellc will replace the phone. Unfortunately my phone has subsequently been on 17/03/2013. I reported it to Cellc and got a case number from the police station the same day the incident occured. I have filled out all the documentation and sent it to Cellc on monday morning 18/03/2013.Cell C responded via email: "A written correspondence consultant will respond to your query within 24-48 hours". No one has contacted me since. I was also told by C-surance that they cannot help me becuase I am on C-cover and they have taken over the insurance. I was transferred back to the call centre and was told that C-cover does not exist anymore and I was put on hold for ever and the line was eventually dropped. I am sooooo very disappointed in Cellc. I expected much better service. I dont think that in future I will sign a contract with them again.
