I have been experiencing problems with THREE lines i have with Altech Autopage- all Cell C lines. They have no signal and often can't receive or send emails, bbms etc. I spoke to someone at Altech Autopage on 26 Feb and they said it may be a problem with Cell C. I tried to resolve it many times and eventually given Cell C's number to sort it out... they never even knew i existed as a customer - couldnt' find me on the system!! No-one wants to help me on this - i have phoned Altech Autopage 10 or 12 times about it -they always tell me a supervisor has logged it, they know the problem blah blah blah - they are USELESS - NO ONE CARES AND I'VE GOT THREE LINES- VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
