Incorrect Billing

I took out a contract at the Cresta Branch in September 2012. I was told that the contract amount every month would be R145 per month. So far the billing has fluctuated between R154 per month and R163 per month. I have not used this number at all so why am I paying extra. I went to visit the branch today and was told when I took out the contract the branch was a franchise and it no longer is. I have also noticed that there is a device billing of R61.50 per month that I am being billed for and was not made aware that I had to pay for this?? What kind of customer service is this that clients dont get advised what they are paying for? I want this sorted out ASAP!!
