I have been trying in vain yo get through to a Team Leader or supervisor for the past 24 hours, and have made about 5 calls already. Speaking to different people every time and still my issue does not get resolved. I keep getting messages to upgrade my contract and also get the same message when I call in. When I do get to the upgrade department, i am told I am not due yet.. So i call to speak to a Team Leader and get told that i should speak to Pahresh, so wait on the line, only to be told that they will get him to call me back. Nothing happens, so i call back and he has left for the afternoon. So i speak the team leader on duty, he clearly sees the problem and promised to get the salespeople to contact me the next day, Nothing happens. So i call back again, looking for Pahresh, and he is not in the office. Also note that he was sent an email internally to get back to me. So call back, then asked to speak to Heidi, wait on the line and get cut off. Every time they ask to verify 5 questions and they have my number, NO ONE CALLS ME BACK
