I have been trying for the past few days to get through to the legal department but each time i get prompted to give information it redirects me to client services who keeps telling me they are going to transfer me. Im so sick and tired of the pathetic service they offer and thats why i cancelled and settled my contract 3 years ago with Vodacom only to find out that they handed my account over. How you do handover a settled account? when i settled you in May of 2010 of which i have the payment and statement to prove you still go and hand me over to attorneys 2 years after the settlement. what is wrong with you people. i need answers and very soon for that matter or this will be taken furthar. I want a paid up letter from you people as NOW! i donot wish to have anything to do with a company that drags peoples names through the mud for no reason, especially when i was done with your pathetic services 3 years ago, or so i thought.
i would appreciate a response!!!
