Hi, i booked in a Nokia unit on the 6th of march, the unit doesnt power up and has a cracked lens so i asked for a quote, after 4 days i called back to find out about the unit only to be told the unit is on its way to cresta mall, i went there two day later and they said the unit didnt even come to them it went to fourways mall. i called fourways mall and they said they still didnt receive the unit. i called them again two days later and they still didnt receive the unit. i called Cornellius from clearwater on friday 15th march and expalined that i want the unit back repaired or not, he assured me that the "MANAGER" will call me back of course that didnt happen.
monday i call fourways again still the unit is not with them, this mind you almost a week later. i called clearwater again they say it was sent to fourways but fourways doesnt have the unit, Meketsi called me to say he will call back to tell me where the unit is for me to pick up but still im waitning... so nobody at vodacom knows where my unit is and it still isnt quoted or fixed poor, poor service! first time i tried vodacom and never again!..please let me know where the my unit is so i can fetch it!
