I gave notice to cancel a contract in 2011. I received confirmation that the contract was scheduled for cancellation to pre paid on 15 February 2011. I noted that the contract was not cancelled on checking my Credit Card in Feb of this year.
I wrote to Cell C requesting that they refund the payments as I had received confirmation of cancellation.
Their response was that the contract was cancelled as at the 15/3/2013. This is not good enough as I expect a full refund. I have correspondence confirming the cancellation in 2011.
