HERE IS MY LAST REPORT: "I applied for a contract phone the begining of February now i was previously vodacom but since i can keep my number i wanted to move over to MTN. i converted my vodacom number to prepaid and contract was filled in by mtn. Now mtn keeps telling me that the problem is with vodacom, so i check with vodacom they send me proof i am prepaid, now mtn says they must resend my contract so fine I wait again. it is now 12 days into march and i still dont have my contract now apparently, now there is some porting issue. Every person has a new solution that just never works. Should i just go back to vodacom??? the number i have added below is just a contact number not the number i am trying to convert to mtn"
NONE OF THIS IS SORTED OUT WE ARE GOING INTO THE 3RD MONTH...;. NOW I HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE WRONG CONTRACT!!! AND ON THE 15/3/13 THIS WAS GOING TO BE FIXED IT IS NOW THE 19TH!!! I CANT AFFORD TO KEEP GOING BACK. I HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS, THE MANAGER IS NOT THERE WHEN I CALL AND PROMISES KEEP BEING MADE ABOUT WHEN THIS WILL HAPPEN!!! SORT IT OUT!!! ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND MTN CANT GET MY PHONE WORKING!!!
