Sold me a Broken New Blackberry z10!

After all the complaints around old Blackberry models I trusted Vodacom & Blackberry, remaining a loyal customer and what did I get? a Brand New Z10 that has to be rebooted 2-4 times a day!

Apparently a phone 6 working days / 10 days old is "too old" to get swapped out.
Now I have to send it in for repairs??? after only having it for 10days? and I called the shop about this, 5days after i bought it. They said they will investigate if the problem was my flipcover or phone.

I don't think asking for a new phone is too much, but Vodacom doesn't seem to care & choose to ignore that they sold me a broken phone. Conveniant for Vodacom, but a MAJOR let-down for the customers...

I wonder if everyone should stay away from Vodacom's Blackberry? I am disappointed in Vodacom & Blackberry

in short; I am paying R549 P/M for a brand new broken phone. now you decide; Is that good Customer Service & Product Support?
