Cellc widely marketed Supercharge to get customer support, but what they dont tell you...
is that the SUPECHARGE value (cellc to cellc calls only) only gets used AFTER your prepaid/topup values to other networks is ZERO.
This means that if you have R200 in supercharge and R100 prepaid/topup in value to other networks, then only when your R100 is reduced to ZERO, then ONLY will the monies be taken off the supercharge values for cellc to cellc calls. Otherwise all your calls from cellc to cellc gets taken off your prepaid/topup (in this case R100).
The customers are led to believe that all CELLC to CELLCc calls gets deducted from supercharge - BUT IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!
This is a total RIPOFF from CELLC as they do not explain these 'fine print' rules at their CELLC shops!!!..and I do not even believe that these 'fine prints' exist anywhere on there website!!!
