My dad recently switched banks and cell c was handed the new banking details but took their own sweet time which resulted in his acc going into arrears and my upgrade not going through. Now when my hubby went to take a contract for me he was told its approved after filling all the paper work then the guy tells us sorry we cant get a phone it's been declined. Service at cell c is terrible and pathetic. This is the last time i will ever even consider doing business with them.
