Cell c is the worst network when it comes to service, clearly on their website when you have a lost/ phone you get an ITC number from the network - report to police - go to your insurance company with the case number.
i am stuck by getting an Itc number from cell c for the passed 8 days!!! and yet i need to report this to my insurance company within 48h. i have been calling the call center every single day and sent 4 e-mails to customer service yet no reply!
looks like cell c has incompetent people working at the call center. everytime i call in the call center agent tells me i will receive the ITC number by the end of the day via sms yet nothing comes and the best part is that there IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE BLACKLISTING department!!!
i will never deal with cell c again and NEVER recommend them to any1 - service is great if you going to buy a new phone or get a contract - But after service is pathetic!!
i am defiantly taking this up with head office as the ONLY number to contact is 084140
