For a very very irritated client.

My phone is worth R7 679 - It is a Blackberry Bold 9900, I bought it at Bayside mall in Cape Town.

The phone broke and cannot be repaired. I pay insurance for this specific phone valued at R7 679.

Vodasure now tells me they will only pay out R5 767, 15 - because they say this is the value of the phone.

Honestly?? Where is the other R1, 911.85 going? I'm paying insurance on the full amount of R7, 679 - not on R5 767, 17...

I find this highly unfair, unprofessional and... where is my money going? Why when i pay for insurance for a certain amount do I only get a portion of that paid out to me when i claim for it?

Shocking, and definitely going further with this!
